Spring Break Memories

For the 9th St. Louis Blogger Carnival, the theme is Spring Break Memories

To our recollection, Nobody never went to Florida for Spring Break.  (As a kid Nobody went to Florida at least a couple times on vacation with our family.  Spring, Fall, Summer? Nobody knows not.)

The only Spring Break vacations Nobody ever went on during elementary and secondary school would have been with their family.  Nothing wrong with that – they were enjoyable, but somehow we think this carnival topic is supposed to be about something else.  (Florida. Jamaica.) Though for either Spring or Fall break in 1983-4 school year, Nobody's family did make a trip to Vegas.  That was fun.  We stayed at Circus Circus.

We were able to come up with two spring break vacations Nobody went on without Nobody's parents during Nobody's college years.  We visited our sister in Chicago once – saw a Grateful Dead concert at Soldier Field.  And we visited her in San Francisco once – visiting Berkeley campus, Muir Woods, and doing a little wine tasting in the Napa Valley.
