at 8/10/2004 2:59:17 PM- If we were to submit them to GoogleWhack.com they'd reject them, yes, because they rely on dictionary.com/dictionary.reference.com to decide if a word is a word or not. (Since this is what google relies upon.)
Strangely enough...our "questionable" word does appear in dictionary.reference.com when you search manually

Why Google doesn't notice this, we do not know.
Gavroche's word doesn't, but we are familiar with it, and are more flexible than googlewhack.com is in this regard. That's understandable in that they needed to find an objective means to make the decision. We can be slightly more subjective.
wait a minute... doesn't each word have to be in the google dictionary? ie, it should be underlined in the upper right hand corner of the search results?
if so, two of these submitted aren't whacks.
